All stages of babyhood have their own magic time.

The first stage is the true newborn from birth to about 14 days. At this stage, the baby is fragile and sleeping anywhere.

From 14 days to 12 weeks, your baby still has newborn look but is gradually becoming more alert and aware of the world, building a connection with you through smiles, eye contact and physical bonding. In this phase, your newborn is often awake, but we can make also beautiful pictures.

Throughout the shoot, we will capture dream-like smiles, happiness, yawns and chuckles. The newborn photography session usually goes for about 2 to 3 hours. There is no time limit to the photo session, allowing you and your newborn to set the pace, so you both stay relaxed and have fun together. You will have a lot of time to take a break whenever your newborn wants a feed or needs to be settled.

Baby photo session can be done anytime during 12 first month of life.

When Booking your newborn portrait session?

The best time to capture your newborn is usually between 5 and 14 days, so I recommend you book your newborn photo session as fast after you gave birth. The session can also include other family members, sisters, brothers, parents and grandparents.
The portrait session will be indoor. My studio is designed to keep your newborn calm and comfortable throughout the session and you can sit back and relax.

When Booking your baby portrait session?

We can do this session anytime during first year of life of your baby. Indoor or outdoor.

How to prepare for Newborn or Baby photo session?

-I recommend wearing simple clothes in plain colors.
-Bring a change of clothes for yourself as surprise accidents can happen if you are holding your newborn during the nappy-free part of the photo shoot. We will discuss all the details before your session.
-Coordinating outfits for all members of the family. Please respect the gamma of colors that we will chose for your session
-Please bring with you everything your baby needs and be relaxed. This session is not limited in time. We will take all time that we need to capture nice pictures.

After

About 1-2 weeks after our Session, you will get an email in your inbox that contains a link to your password-protected online gallery so you can view and chose your images. The editing takes between 4-5 weeks depending of busyness periods. You will receive all your edited high resolution pictures by email. You get two different sizes for pictures, one for web publishing and another one for printing.
